About the Chair
The UNESCO Chair for Legal Dimensions of Clean Sports works on research and policy in sports law, anti-doping, dispute resolution, and international regulatory frameworks. The partnership is formalized between UNESCO and NLU Delhi.
Position Overview
NLU Delhi seeks to engage One (01) Full-time Academic Fellow at its Dwarka, New Delhi campus to support research under the Chair.
Eligibility
- LL.M. with specialization in Research Methodology / Sports Law / International Law / ADR from a recognised Indian or foreign university
- Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade, with good academic record
- Demonstrable research track record in the concerned subject
- Prior research experience including field work and data collection highly desirable
- Interdisciplinary research considered an advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mode: On-site, Dwarka, New Delhi
- Assist research work in relevant areas in consultation with the University
- Primary requirement: Research and publish at least three papers per year – One Scopus and two International
- Contribute to other academic/administrative pursuits in the University
- Work requires excellent research and writing skills in the concerned field
Tenure & Remuneration
Duration: Initial period of one year, with possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds
Salary: ₹50,000/- per month consolidated, subject to TDS deduction @10% under Income Tax Act
Funding: Funded by the respective Chair
