- International Law: Exploring global legal frameworks, treaty obligations, and the role of international institutions.
- Commercial and Business Law: Analyzing corporate governance, trade regulations, dispute resolution, and market dynamics.
- Gender and the Law: Interrogating legal approaches to gender justice, equality, and intersectional discrimination.
- Law and Technology: Exploring the intersection of legal frameworks with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, data privacy, cyber law, and digital governance.
Please note that the above categories are indicative and not exhaustive. We welcome submissions on any topic that intersects with law, politics, and society, even if not explicitly mentioned above.
Submission Themes
Contributions may address, but are not limited to, the following themes:
- Socio-Legal Analysis: Articles that evaluate laws, policies, and judicial pronouncements through a socio-political lens, assessing their broader impact on society and governance.
- Law and Politics Intersections: Submissions that explore how legal frameworks influence and are influenced by political systems, ideologies, and institutional dynamics.
- Contemporary Legal Developments: Analytical commentaries on recent judgments, legislative amendments, regulatory changes, or emerging legal trends, offering critical perspectives and constructive critiques.
Submission Guidelines
- Word Limit: Articles should be between 800 and 1,500 words, inclusive of footnotes.
- Co-authorship: Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.
- Format: Submissions must be sent in .doc or .docx format.
- Style and Citation: Please adhere to our detailed Style Guide, available on our website.
- Editorial Rights: The Editorial Board reserves the right to make minor editorial changes to accepted submissions while preserving the author’s original arguments and intent.
