Eligibility
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, with an LL.B. preferred.
- Applicants should have up to 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform the initial intake of agreement requests through the designated intake process.
- Maintain data accuracy across tracking tools and systems.
- Prepare contractual documents using approved templates and standards.
- Monitor and manage centralised communication tools.
- Log incoming requests, track their status, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Resolve intake-related queries and assist requestors with troubleshooting.
- Route requests for review and approval according to established processes and standards.
- Perform basic compliance checks to ensure that required information and documentation are available.
- Upload, index, and maintain contract records in designated repositories.
- Ensure contract records are properly named, filed, and easily retrievable.
- Support record maintenance and system updates.
- Assist with minor process improvements and updates.
- Work under supervision according to defined procedures and escalation paths.
- Recommend minor changes to systems or processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Escalate complex or high-risk issues to senior analysts or management.
- Log turnback activities and identified issues in designated tracking systems and databases.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records to support operational transparency, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems is preferred, particularly Icertis.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to consistently follow defined processes and standards.
- Basic understanding of document management and compliance principles.
