LL.M. (IPR Spl.) with minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed).
The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), which may include IP litigation, transactions, research, or experience as a teaching assistant. A strong research record in IP will be an added advantage. Knowledge of international intellectual property law, including international IP treaties will be considered an additional advantage.
Job Profile
Will facilitate as a teaching assistant for faculty and experts involved in teaching the WIPO-NLUD-IPO Joint Masters/LL.M. Programme faculty.
Will assist in the organization and implementation of the WIPO-NLUD-IPO Joint Masters/ LL.M. Programme.
Any other work assigned by the Programme Director of the WIPO-NLUD-IPO Joint Masters/ LL.M. Programme or by the University/Centre/Chair in the area of Intellectual Property.
The candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) online. SC/ST and PwD category candidates are exempted from application fee.
