This focused workshop is designed to help law graduates strategically navigate the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) syllabus with clarity and confidence. With an emphasis on exam-relevant preparation, the sessions will break down key components of the AIBE structure—including important subjects, frequently asked topics, landmark judgments, and legal maxims—to maximize success.
Led by experienced legal educators and recent AIBE qualifiers, the workshop offers practical insights into how to approach the exam smartly, allocate time across subjects, and tackle multiple-choice questions effectively. Participants will gain exposure to high-yield content, previous year question patterns, and targeted revision techniques tailored to the AIBE format.
A special segment will focus on legal application skills, guiding participants through interpreting bare acts, understanding legal provisions, and recalling case laws—critical for acing the open-book nature of the AIBE.

- Advocate Ahmad Daniyal Siddiqui
Advocate Ahmad Daniyal Siddiqui completed his BLS/LLB degree from Rizvi Law College (affiliated to Mumbai University), where he developed a strong foundation in Constitutional Law. He further pursued a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from SVKM’s Kirit P. Mehta School of Law in 2019–20. His legal journey has been shaped by hands-on experience with a wide range of cases, extensive legal research, and appearances before various High Courts across jurisdictions, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. These experiences have deepened his passion for legal practice and strengthened his commitment to delivering justice to those who seek his counsel.Advocate Siddiqui is also deeply interested in teaching and is eager to contribute to the legal field through both academic engagement and practical advocacy. Over time, he has accumulated valuable tacit knowledge that continues to inform and enhance his professional approach.
