PROGRAM TRAINERS
- Nishimita Tah
Adv.Nishimita Tah, a legal analyst, writer, and soon-to-be academician with a strong passion for legal research, writing, and public speaking. She hold an LL.M in Corporate Law from Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi, and a BA.LLB with a specialization in Criminal Law from KIIT School of Law.
With experience spanning legal research, drafting, personal branding, and content creation, She have worked as a Senior Writer & Editor at iPleaders/Lawsikho, where she contributed to legal publications, journals, and blogs. Her professional journey also includes serving as a legal advisor, where she provided counsel on employment law, contractual risk mitigation, and dispute resolution. Further, she also worked as a legal associate at the District and Sessions Court, Ranchi.
Beyond her professional experience, she have authored several case analyses and 10+ research publications in reputed journals and university-based magazines on diversified subjects ranging from tribal welfare and human rights to corporate law and criminal justice.She have also been invited as a guest speaker for the Jharkhand Anti-Trafficking Network (JATN) on Safe Migration and have received the Best NSS Volunteer Award (KIIT University, 2021). Additionally, She is a qualified advocate registered with the Jharkhand State Bar Council and have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- Advocate Aditya Kumare
Adv. Aditya Kumare is an independent legal practitioner and counsel representing various law firms and private clients across courts in Mumbai, as well as in Pune, Kolhapur, Delhi, and Belgaum. He brings over 13 years of rich legal experience, having worked for 8 years as a paralegal and 5 years as an associate with a tier-2 law firm at the Bombay High Court.Adv. Kumare holds a B.Com. from Sydenham College, Mumbai, and an LL.B. from ILS Law College, Pune. He further earned his Master’s degree in Criminal and Security Law with distinction from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. His practice spans a wide range of criminal and civil litigation, and he is known for his strategic legal insight and strong courtroom advocacy.
