
About the Organization
Sangam University, situated in Bhilwara in the Mewar region of Rajasthan, was founded in 2012 by the Badrilal Soni Charitable Trust and is supported by the Sangam Group of Industries. The university strives to deliver high-quality education that is both accessible and affordable for students.
The School of Legal Studies, Sangam University is recognized by the Bar Council of India and focuses on developing skilled and responsible legal professionals. Through a strong academic curriculum along with practical training opportunities, the school encourages students to refine their advocacy, research, and analytical abilities. It frequently conducts seminars, workshops, and moot court competitions to promote legal awareness and courtroom advocacy among aspiring lawyers.
Theme
The moot proposition titled “The State v. Dr. Aryan Malhotra” examines criminal liability arising from a medical procedure that becomes complicated due to several unforeseen factors, including:

Eligibility
Students enrolled in the following law programs are eligible to participate:

Five-Year Integrated Law Courses

Three-Year LL.B. Programs
All participants must be officially enrolled students of their respective institutions.
Each participating team may consist of:
- Two members: both acting as speakers, or one speaker and one researcher
OR - Three members: two speakers and one researcher
