Desai & Diwanji was established in 1930 in the heart of Mumbai’s financial district by two esteemed legal professionals and university peers, Ambubhai D. Desai and Kisonlal M. Diwanji. Their partnership was rooted in genuine camaraderie, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to excellence—an ethos that continues to define the firm to this day.
