About 5^th Jagannath Memorial Moot Court Competition, 2026

JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus, Department of Law, Greater Noida, proudly presents the 5^th Jagannath Memorial Moot Court Competition 2026, scheduled with the following timeline:

• Preliminary Round: 27^th March, 2026 (Online Mode)
• Advanced Rounds: 17^th April- 18^th April, 2026 (Offline Mode at our campus)

The Theme of the Competition is Criminal and Constitutional Law, focusing on media accountability, freedom of speech, public order, police powers, and federal investigation mechanisms, providing participants an opportunity to analyse complex issues involving criminal liability, encounter scrutiny, judicial intervention, and Centre–State relations in a dynamic and challenging legal framework.

Eligibility

The Competition shall be open for the students who duly enrolled and are pursuing an integrated 5 years or 3 years Law Program in India from an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Fee Details

• Early Bird Registration Fees (till 10^th March, 2026): Rs. 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only)
• Registration Fee (10^th March, 2026 onwards): 2100/- (Rupees Twenty-One Hundred Only).
• Teams qualifying for the Advanced Rounds are required to pay an additional sum of ₹500/-

No accommodation shall be provided by the management team. Participants are required to arrange their own accommodation.
