ABOUT THE ADJOURNMENT AND PERSONAL EXEMPTION COMMUNITY
Participants are requested to carefully go through the attached schedule. The Adjournment & Personal Exemption Community will run for 15 days, and educational learning content will be provided daily in accordance with the schedule. Participants will receive access to an exclusive legal learning community, along with daily learning resources on Adjournment and Personal Exemption, focusing on important provisions, relevant case laws, and practical court insights.
The community will also provide guidance on drafting applications and understanding court procedures, helping participants build practical litigation skills. Along with the daily learning material, we will also conduct guest lectures by experts on the respective topics mentioned in the schedule, giving participants the opportunity to gain deeper insights into real courtroom practice.
If at any stage you have doubts or require further clarification on any topic, we will be happy to arrange a one-on-one interaction with the expert to support your learning process.
At the end of the community, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, reflecting their learning and participation in understanding court procedures and litigation practices related to adjournment and personal exemption.
