Eligibility Criteria

• Law students of:
  • 3rd year onwards (5-year course), or
  • 2nd year onwards (3-year course)

Duration:
Minimum 1 month (extension based on performance)

Education:
Pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course as per eligibility)

Traits:

• Good legal research and drafting skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with legal documents and translations
• Discipline and willingness to learn

Commitment:

• Full-time internship during the assigned period
• Regular office attendance and adherence to timelines

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

• Preparing case briefs and notes
• Translating documents from vernacular languages to English
• Drafting applications for petitions, suits, and appeals
• Formatting legal documents and pleadings

Stipend / Perks

• No stipend
• Out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed

Extension:
Possible based on the quality of work and performance during the internship

Mentorship:

Direct supervision and practical exposure under Advocate Keshav Baheti, with hands-on experience in litigation and drafting
