Position Overview:
SEBI offers a Legal Internship Programme at its Head Office in Mumbai, designed for law students interested in securities law, financial regulation, and capital markets. Interns are placed in different legal divisions and work closely with officers on live regulatory and legal issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
Duration:
Minimum 4 weeks (may extend depending on performance and availability).
Education:
- Students enrolled in a law degree (LL.B./LL.M.) from a Bar Council of India-recognised institution
- Completed at least:
- 3 years of a 5-year LL.B. course, or
- 2 years of a 3-year LL.B. course
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
