About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advocate to represent clients before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh in a full-time remote position. This role offers the opportunity to handle diverse legal matters, prepare and draft legal documents, and engage in both advisory and litigation services across various practice areas.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in legal proceedings before the High Court and other forums

Draft and review a variety of legal documents and pleadings

Offer legal advice on civil, criminal, and constitutional matters

Conduct legal research and case analysis to support arguments and case strategy

Prepare for trials, engage in negotiation and settlement discussions

Ensure compliance with legal procedures and filing norms
Qualifications

Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and case preparation

Proficiency in negotiation, client communication, and litigation handling

Thorough knowledge of legal processes, court practices, and procedural law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage workload independently in a remote setup

Must be admitted to practice law in Andhra Pradesh

Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent required

Experience in civil, criminal, or constitutional law will be considered an added advantage
