The Asian Law Junior Scholars Workshop is hosted by Harvard Law School. It is supported by academic initiatives focusing on Asian legal studies and aims to promote high-quality research and scholarly engagement on legal issues relating to Asia.
About the Competition
This is a Call for Papers (2026 Asian Law Junior Scholars Workshop) inviting submissions from early-career scholars working on Asian law. Selected participants will present their research and receive detailed feedback from leading academics in an intensive workshop setting.
Objective:
- To encourage emerging scholarship on Asian law
- To provide a platform for constructive academic feedback
- To foster a network of junior scholars and senior experts
Participants must:
- Submit an original and unpublished research paper
- Be prepared to present and defend their work
- Engage actively in discussions and peer feedback sessions
Eligibility
- Junior scholars (PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, early-career academics)
