Position Overview
The firm is looking for Assessment Interns to join its team. This role is designed for high-potential students who are looking for a long-term association with the firm. The internship serves as a talent pipeline, with exceptional performers being considered for future full-time Associate roles upon graduation.
Roles and Responsibilities

Legal Research: Conducting detailed research on Company Law, FEMA, IPR statutes, and recent NCLT/NCLAT judgments.

Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of commercial contracts, legal notices, and pleadings for commercial suits.

IPR Support: Researching and assisting in the filing of Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents.

Startup Advisory: Assisting the team in drafting founder agreements, term sheets, and compliance checklists for startups.
Eligibility

Education: Law students currently in their final or penultimate year (4th or 5th year of a 5-year course / 3rd year of a 3-year course).

Skills: Proficiency in using legal databases, strong command over corporate and commercial laws, and excellent drafting abilities.

Attributes: A professional attitude, analytical mindset, and a strong desire to build a career in corporate and commercial law.
