About the Organisation
ANG Partners, a litigation-focused law firm based in New Delhi, is looking to retain a committed and results-driven Legal Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation practice. The ideal candidate should have demonstrable exposure to drafting and court appearances before the following forums:
- Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
- Hon’ble Delhi High Court
- Tribunals in Delhi including NCDRC, NCLAT, and NGT
We are seeking a candidate who is not only technically sound but also motivated to consistently deliver high-quality work under time-bound conditions.
Position Details
- Position: Legal Associate – Litigation Team
- Number of Vacancies: One (1)
- Location: C-38, LGF, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi – 110017
- Preferred Candidate: Permanent resident of Delhi (Preference will be given to candidates residing in South Delhi or nearby areas or alumni of National Law Universities)
Eligibility Criteria
Post-Qualification Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation Practice Areas: Real Estate Law, IBC, Arbitration, Property Law, general civil disputes before Supreme Court, High Court, and Tribunals
Skills Required
- Strong legal drafting and research abilities
- Prior court appearances (mandatory)
- Excellent command over English (spoken and written)
- Legal acumen and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to timelines and attention to detail
The candidate must have an analytical bent of mind, be self-driven, and willing to work in a demanding and fast-paced legal environment.
Salary
Remuneration: As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and qualifications
