About the Job

DSA Legal is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented legal professionals to join their dynamic team.

Eligibility

Legal Associate: 1–3 years
Senior Legal Associate: 5–6 years

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).

Strong command over legal drafting and research.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Legal Associate:-

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and notices.
Conducting legal research and preparing case notes.
Assisting seniors in litigation, compliance, and client coordination.
Preparing MIS, reports, and maintaining legal documentation.
Supporting internal teams in day-to-day legal activities.

Senior Legal Associate:-

Handling drafting, vetting, and negotiation of complex contracts.
Managing litigation portfolios and coordinating with external counsels.
Providing legal advisory to clients and internal stakeholders.
Overseeing compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
Guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Preparing high-level reports, presentations, and analysis for management.
