Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
Ability to read Kannada (mandatory).
Knowledge or interest in Property Law, Transfer of Property Act, Land Acquisition, Stamp Act, RERA etc.
Strong legal drafting, document review and research abilities
Understanding of property verification and land record processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation tools
Strong ethics with keen attention to detail
