About the Job

SKAA is Hiring: Associate (0–3 Years PQE)

SKAA is looking for an Associate with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their Corporate Team.

Eligibility

LL.B. from a recognized university
0–3 years of PQE in corporate law, ideally with exposure to general corporate advisory. Freshers with relevant internships in corporate law will also be considered.
Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

The role involves working on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including general advisory, joint ventures, and transactional work. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a long-term career in corporate and transactional practice.
