Key Responsibilities
Appear before the Delhi High Court (original side and appellate), District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and quasi-judicial bodies
Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal opinions
Handle writs, service matters, and contractual disputes
Assist in trial preparation, evidence, and case strategy
Conduct legal research and client briefings
Manage filings and coordination with court staff and counsels
Essential Qualification and Experience
1–3 years of litigation experience across High Courts, Tribunals, and trial courts
Prior exposure to commercial disputes, service law, or corporate litigation
Proficiency in drafting and court appearances
Strong communication and research skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a collaborative environment
