Key Responsibilities
- Drafting plaints, written statements, applications, writ petitions, replies/counter-affidavits, statements of claim, statements of defence, counter-claims, rejoinders, etc.
- Drafting and vetting settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices and replies to demand/legal notices.
- Assisting in providing legal opinions and participating in client conferences.
- Appearing/assisting in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT and other quasi-judicial authorities.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive issues.
Eligibility – Associate (Litigation & Arbitration)
PQE: 0–1 year.
Strong drafting, research and communication skills.
Prior exposure to matters before the Supreme Court of India will be considered an added advantage.
Eligibility – Assessment Intern
- 5th year students of a 5-year integrated law course or 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Good legal research skills.
- Prior internship experience of at least 5 months (preferably in litigation/arbitration).
