Key Responsibilities
The Associate Lawyer role comes with a wide range of responsibilities designed to provide professional growth and client-focused outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive legal research to support ongoing cases and provide timely inputs to senior attorneys. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence will form an integral part of your work. Additionally, you will assist senior attorneys in developing strategies, reviewing contracts and agreements, and ensuring legal documents are accurate and complete. Salary and Compensation
The compensation package at Sankalp Law Offices is designed to reward performance and provide fair opportunities for growth. The position begins with a one-month probation period, during which freshers will receive a stipend ranging from ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month. After successful completion of probation, the Annual CTC ranges between ₹2,00,000 – ₹3,60,000. This includes a fixed pay component of ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,80,000 per year and a variable pay component of ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,80,000 per year, based on performance. This structure ensures that motivated professionals are rewarded for their hard work and contribution.
