Position Details
The firm is seeking to hire an Associate – Litigation with 0–2 years of experience for its Gurgaon office (412, Emaar Colonnade, Golf Course Extension Road, Sec-66, Gurgaon, Haryana-122018).
Practice Areas: Criminal and Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Compliance Management, and allied fields.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a good understanding of legal procedures and drafting skills. They must be enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. While prior experience in litigation is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates should have an excellent command over written and spoken English, strong research abilities, and the ability to manage court schedules and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
The role involves regular appearances before District Courts, High Courts, and Tribunals. Associates will handle drafting and vetting of legal pleadings, contracts, and compliance-related documents. They will also be responsible for filing and managing Trademark, Copyright, and Design matters, as well as advising on compliance under Labour Laws, Legal Metrology, and Consumer Protection Acts. The role also includes supporting litigation and recovery suits under the Commercial Courts Act.
