About the Opportunity
The Mumbai Disputes Team at Dentons Link Legal is looking to onboard a talented litigation associate with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a background in commercial disputes and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) to work with a reputed law firm engaged in complex and high-value matters. The position involves active courtroom exposure, strategic litigation planning, and rigorous drafting work.
Eligibility Criteria

2–4 years of PQE in handling commercial disputes and matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

Candidates must be well-versed in litigation procedures, possess strong legal research and drafting skills, and demonstrate an ability to manage cases independently or with minimal supervision
Location
The role is based in Mumbai, where the selected candidate will join the firm’s Disputes Team and be actively involved in court appearances, strategy meetings, and litigation-related assignments.
