Associate / Senior Associate – IPR Litigation | Delhi
Krishna & Saurastri Associates is looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation Practice, based in Delhi.
Eligibility
- LLB (3-year or 5-year course) with 3+ years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.
- Experience handling trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.
- Above-average academic credentials, fluent in English, and a dedicated team player.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Responsibilities
- Work on IP litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a collaborative team across offices.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prosecute cases, brief counsels, and appear before courts and tribunals.
- Draft legal notices and handle all ancillary tasks associated with IP litigation.
- Travel across India as required.
