
About the Opportunity
The National Social Security and Reform Council, under the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), invites applications for leadership positions. We are seeking dedicated professionals and law students to contribute to the advancement of social security frameworks and legislative reforms across India.
Applications are currently open for State President and Council Member roles across all Indian States and Union Territories.
Positions and Vacancies
- State President: Responsible for leading state-specific chapters and overseeing regional initiatives.
- Council Member: Responsible for supporting the execution of council projects and research.

Eligibility and Core Competencies
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency or a strong interest in the following areas:
- Legal Research: Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of social security laws and policy frameworks.
- Project Management: Skills in planning, executing, and monitoring long-term council objectives.
- Awareness Activities Coordination: Experience in organizing webinars, workshops, or grassroots outreach programs.
- Digital Content Creation: Proficiency in Canva for the design of professional reports and awareness materials.
- Social Media Management: Ability to manage professional digital platforms to enhance council visibility.
Terms of Engagement
- Duration: A minimum commitment of one year is required.
- Mode: Hybrid (Inclusive of both virtual coordination and physical engagement where applicable).
- Nature: This is a voluntary leadership opportunity within the WICCI framework.
