Key Responsibilities

Handling domestic and international M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture transactions
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements
Advising clients on corporate and transactional legal matters

Eligibility Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
Solid experience in due diligence, drafting, negotiations, and managing deal closures in M&A and PE transactions
Previous experience working at a law firm is essential
