About the 5^th GNLU International Conference on Business, Laws and Public Policy

The GNLU International Conference on Business, Law & Public Policy (GICBLP), is a platform aimed at promoting dialogue and dissemination of scholarly insights on several important issues in the field of banking, finance, corporate, securities market, taxation and allied laws. The previous editions of the Conference witnessed an overwhelming participation with more than more than 200 research paper submissions and a large number of delegates from across the India. We were graced by the presence of many esteemed dignitaries.

This edition will be held in collaboration with JSA Advocates & Solicitors and All India Reporter. JSA Advocates & Solicitors is ranked among the Top 5 Law Firms by size in India, with more than 650 lawyers and 10 offices across India. AIR is a leading legal publishing house with over 90 years of publishing excellence, delivering court-cited legal content across Acts & Judgments. This year’s edition will provide the authors with opportunities like internships, publication, networking among others.

Awards For Best Paper

1st Prize – Rs. 25,000
2nd Prize – Rs. 15,000
3rd Prize – Rs. 10,000

Top three teams will get an exclusive internship opportunity with JSA Advocates & Solicitors. Additionally, the top 10 papers will be published by All India Reporter.

Guidelines For Paper Submission

Author(s) should indicate the theme on which the paper is based.
The paper should include a title, an abstract (max. 500 words) and a minimum of 5 keywords.
The papers shall be screened by the editorial board. The author(s) of the shortlisted papers shall be intimated accordingly.
The word limit (excluding footnotes) can range between 3000-5000 words.
Mode of citation: OSCOLA.
The font to be used will be Times New Roman, Heading (Bold) Size -12, Body Size – 12, Line spacing – 1.15.
Uniform margins of “1” shall be kept on all sides.
Co-authorship up to 2 authors is permissible (separate registration fees shall be payable for both the authors).
All submissions should be the original work of the author(s) and should not have been submitted for publication/published/ presented elsewhere in any form.
Certificate of Participation will be given to all the participants.
Papers with similarity score of up to 10% will be accepted and anything above will be outrightly rejected.
