Canonsphere is an innovative platform that focuses on the growth and development of individuals in the legal field. Through engaging events, we provide law students with opportunities to participate in debates, moot courts, blog or article writing, drafting competitions, quizzes, and much more in collaboration with like-minded organizations. At Canonsphere, we are passionate about fostering positive change and empowering individuals to make a difference. We are soon launching startup consultancy services and will strive to create an environment where ideas flourish and innovation thrives.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Community Management – Handling comments, messages, and feedback while fostering audience trust.
- Event Coordination – Organizing webinars, AMAs, and meetups to strengthen community engagement.
- Social Media Strategy – Planning and executing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Platform Expertise – Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, and more.
- Influencer Collaboration – Partnering with brand advocates and industry influencers to amplify reach.
- Crisis Management – Addressing negative feedback and maintaining brand reputation.
- Basic Design Skills – Creating visually appealing posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Campaign Analysis – Reviewing performance data to refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working with marketing, product, and support teams to align efforts
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Experience in community management or social media roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with creative storytelling ability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Creativity: Ability to design engaging content, campaigns, and strategies that drive audience engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT – COMMUNITY MANAGER
- Candidates will initially work for a period of 4 months.
- After the 4-month period, performance will be reviewed and may be extended up to 6 months.
- Based on performance and contribution, candidates may be considered for a permanent position after 6 months.
