SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Editing & Review: Edit, proofread, and refine all written content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Freelancer Management: Recruit, onboard, assign tasks, and coordinate with freelance writers, editors, and designers.
- Strong Editing & Writing Skills – High proficiency in grammar, structure, and content creation.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Clear, professional communication with teams, clients, and partners.
- Content Strategy Planning: Create content calendars, campaign strategies, and guidelines for blogs, articles, and social media.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently pursuing Law, Communications, Journalism, English, or any relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience in editing, content creation, freelance coordination, community management, or social media roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, and Threads) and basic analytics tools.
- Content Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, MS Office, and basic content management tools.
- Creativity: Ability to conceptualize engaging ideas, content themes, and campaigns that attract and retain audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with freelancers, designers, and cross-functional teams.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT – CONTENT MANAGER:
- Candidates will initially work for a period of 4 months.
- After the 4-month period, performance will be reviewed and may be extended up to 6 months.
- Based on performance and contribution, candidates may be considered for a permanent position after 6 months.
