
ABOUT CANONSPHERE:
Canonsphere is an innovative platform that focuses on the growth and development of individuals in the legal field. Through engaging events, we provide law students with opportunities to participate in debates, moot courts, blog or article writing, drafting competitions, quizzes, and much more in collaboration with like-minded organizations. At Canonsphere, we are passionate about fostering positive change and empowering individuals to make a difference. We are soon launching startup consultancy services and will strive to create an environment where ideas flourish and innovation thrives.
SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute events ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery.
- Team & Participant Coordination: Communicate effectively with team members, participants, and external collaborators.
- Logistics Management: Handle event schedules, resources, and operational requirements efficiently.
- Creative Event Ideation: Develop innovative event themes, activities, and engagement strategies.
- Communication & Engagement: Ensure clear communication and active engagement before, during, and after events.
- Problem Solving & Support: Address participant queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure seamless experiences.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities effectively.
- Professional Relationship Building: Maintain and strengthen relationships with participants, speakers, and partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or currently pursuing Law or any relevant field.
- Experience: Prior experience in event management, coordination, student organizations, or similar roles is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective coordination and messaging.
- Team Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams efficiently.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT – EVENT MEMBER:
- Candidates will initially work for a period of 4 months.
- After the 4-month period, performance will be reviewed and may be extended up to 6 months.
- Based on performance and contribution, candidates may be considered for a permanent position after 6 months.
