Role
As an Advocate specializing in Drafting & Legal Contracting, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies connected to accounting and financial services. The role also involves conducting legal research on corporate and taxation laws, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing legal opinions or notices as required. Additionally, the candidate will assist in handling correspondence with regulatory bodies, provide legal support in dispute resolution matters, and maintain updated legal records for the firm. Working closely with both the legal and finance teams, the advocate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and compliance across legal and financial transactions.
