Eligibility
The opportunity is open to law graduates who are either freshly qualified or have up to five years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Candidates with an interest or background in taxation law—both direct and indirect—as well as commercial litigation, including arbitration, are encouraged to apply. The role is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, research-driven, and willing to work on matters involving complex tax disputes and commercial conflicts. Applicants should be adaptable, open to working initially from the Pune office, and must be ready to transition to the Mumbai office as the practice expands. Role
Selected attorneys will be part of DServe Legal’s dynamic practice areas, specifically focusing on taxation and commercial litigation. The role involves assisting in matters related to indirect taxes, direct taxes, arbitration proceedings, and a variety of commercial disputes. Associates will engage in drafting pleadings, preparing legal opinions, conducting extensive legal research, and managing case strategies under the guidance of experienced professionals. Exposure to arbitration will enable candidates to refine their dispute resolution skills, while tax-related work will provide deep insights into an area of law that is critical to businesses today. By working closely with senior lawyers, associates will gain the opportunity to develop strong advocacy, drafting, and client management skills, setting a solid foundation for long-term professional growth.
