Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic legal professional to join our team. This full-time role will involve research, policy drafting, and advisory work across multiple thematic areas. The candidate will work on creating innovative strategies, frameworks, and deliverables for clients to ensure compliance and foster inclusive workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on legal and policy matters.

  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

  • Provide advisory services on workplace safety and compliance.

  • Draft policies, frameworks, and legal documents.

  • Engage with clients to understand and address specific workplace challenges.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 2 years of professional experience.

  • Strong analytical, research, and lateral thinking skills.

  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion barriers in workplaces.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Indian labour and corporate laws.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
