Eligibility
The firm is currently inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate from candidates with up to three years of post-qualification experience. Applicants should demonstrate strong research, drafting, and litigation skills, with prior experience in handling arbitration as well as civil and commercial litigation matters. Proficiency in written and oral communication is essential, along with the ability to conduct court hearings independently. A collaborative mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment are highly valued. Role
The Senior Associate position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of practice areas, including Cable and Broadcasting, Telecommunication, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Criminal Laws, and related fields. The role requires active involvement in client interactions, preparation of legal drafts, attending hearings, and strategizing case matters. Candidates will also be expected to contribute to arbitration proceedings and handle litigation across different forums. This position provides excellent exposure to complex legal disputes and encourages associates to strengthen their practical knowledge while contributing meaningfully to the firm’s growth and client service.
