About the Role

Deloitte is currently hiring for the position of Contract Obligations Support Specialist – Manager. This role is open across multiple office locations and offers an exciting opportunity to engage in contract analysis, compliance, and operational risk management within the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review IT and managed services contracts to extract and document critical business obligations and restrictions.

  • Identify and detail contract deliverables, KPIs, invoicing procedures, onboarding protocols, and security/privacy requirements.

  • Translate legal clauses into simplified, actionable summaries for business teams.

  • Collaborate with legal, commercial, and service delivery teams to clarify and align compliance actions.

  • Use custom platforms to track contractual obligations and ensure visibility across departments.

  • Contribute to the development of standardized templates and tools for obligation extraction and reporting.

  • Identify risks or ambiguities that may affect delivery or compliance and recommend mitigations.

  • Monitor the fulfillment of obligations and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Lead process implementation and identify improvement opportunities for obligation management.

  • Deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.

  • Perform additional duties related to contract risk and compliance support, as needed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, compliance, or related fields.

  • Strong grasp of IT services and consulting delivery models.

  • Expertise in interpreting legal language and translating it into business-friendly terms.

  • Proven experience in navigating complex contractual frameworks and identifying key business obligations.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel.

  • Familiar with contract lifecycle management systems.

  • Educational Qualification: BBA/BA/BS in a related discipline; a master’s degree in law or business is preferred.
