The Office of Alabhya Dhamija is led by Mr. Alabhya Dhamija, an Advocate-on-Record practising before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. With extensive experience gained from his tenure of nearly four and a half years at Karanjawala & Co., Mr. Dhamija has built a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy. His office primarily handles matters across diverse domains, including criminal, civil, constitutional, and service law, while also engaging in general litigation before the Supreme Court. The practice is committed to providing high-quality representation, in-depth legal research, and effective advocacy for its clients.

Eligibility

The opportunity is open to advocates who have acquired 2–3 years of experience in litigation before the Supreme Court of India. Candidates are expected to have a sound understanding of drafting, research, and court procedures, along with the ability to argue, assist seniors, and independently manage legal work. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to complex legal issues will be key to thriving in this role. Role

The selected candidate will be actively involved in litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India. The role includes responsibilities such as drafting petitions, preparing briefs, assisting seniors during arguments, and representing clients in court proceedings. The position also requires managing a variety of cases spanning across criminal, civil, constitutional, and service law. Working in this office will provide hands-on exposure to complex and high-value litigation, offering an excellent platform to build expertise in Supreme Court practice.
