Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following conditions:

Must be Indian citizens

Must be currently enrolled in a law degree program from a recognized university/institute

For 5-year integrated LL.B. students: Should have completed or be pursuing at least the 8th semester

For 3-year LL.B. students: Should have completed or be pursuing at least the 4th semester
Internship Terms & Conditions

Unpaid Internship: No stipend or financial support for accommodation or travel will be provided

Medical Facilities: Not provided by CBI

Employment: This internship does not guarantee future employment with the agency

Intern Duties: Legal research, preparation of legal documents, assisting in court matters, gathering and analyzing legal data, supporting trial work, and any other tasks assigned by senior officers

Confidentiality: Interns must sign an Oath of Secrecy, which remains binding even after completion of the internship
