Job Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex supplier and buyside agreements (e.g., HR, IT, SaaS, Facilities, etc.)

Support business units in procurement contracting, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company standards

Provide advisory services on legal risk mitigation, policy adherence, and contract interpretation

Develop and improve contract templates, processes, and legal documentation standards

Collaborate with leadership to identify contract risks, suggest actionable alternatives, and ensure legal safeguards

Serve as the legal point of contact for high-stakes vendor negotiations, addressing legal concerns in real-time

Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, HR, Finance, Workplace, and Compliance teams

Ensure team adherence to Accenture’s Code of Business Ethics, Data Privacy, Information Security, and Anti-Corruption Policies
Team and Leadership Responsibilities

Lead and manage large to mid-sized teams or independent legal projects

Oversee performance reviews, utilization, and skills development of team members

Conduct regular audits and ensure quality control and gap remediation

Supervise internal documentation systems (e.g., SharePoint) and ensure knowledge-sharing across teams

Drive initiatives for improving efficiency, collaboration, and knowledge building across legal support functions
Qualification and Experience

Education: Any Graduation (LL.B. preferred)

Work Experience: 10 to 14 years of legal experience (law firm, in-house, or legal outsourcing)

Certifications: Contract-related global certifications are an added advantage
Skills & Expertise

In-depth knowledge of commercial and legal contract risks

Proficient in contract negotiation, review, and drafting

Strong project management and team coordination abilities

Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)

Familiarity with legal technology tools and databases

Ability to work under pressure and manage senior-level stakeholder relationships
