Eligibility
The role is open to candidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience exclusively in contracts. Role
As a Contracts Associate at Viranca Legal, your primary responsibilities will revolve around drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of both commercial and non-commercial contracts. You will also be expected to conduct legal research on domestic as well as international laws and compliances relevant to contractual obligations. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and managing potential legal risks associated with their contractual engagements.
