About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Legal Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join our in-house legal team. The role involves handling corporate advisory, compliance, contract vetting, and legal risk assessment. Responsibilities

Review and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, term sheets, and investment-related documents.

Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance and strategic decision-making.

Draft and structure legally sound business agreements aligned with company interests.

Provide internal guidance on governance, legal risk mitigation, and operational frameworks.

Coordinate with external legal counsel on specialized legal matters.

Prepare and maintain statutory records, filings, and compliance-related documentation.

Stay updated on changing laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the business.
Requirements

LL.B from a recognized university (LL.M preferred).

1–2 years of experience in corporate/commercial law within a firm or corporate legal department.

Strong knowledge of business law, compliance, and corporate legal processes.

Proficiency in legal drafting, communication, and contract negotiation.

Experience in reviewing shareholder and investment agreements.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Licensed to practice law in India.
