Internship Role: Company Secretary (CS) Intern
Responsibilities:

Ensure regular compliance with company law regulations.

Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and general meetings.

Draft and file statutory e-forms with the Registrar of Companies for routine and event-based matters.

Maintain and update statutory registers.

Support FEMA-related filings and ensure familiarity with related compliance requirements.

Monitor compliance obligations across various group entities.

Provide assistance during due diligence activities.
