The role requires a legal professional with practical experience in property law, title verification, and scrutiny of documentation relating to immovable property. The candidate will support the internal legal team in reviewing Title Search Reports and legal opinions, advising business teams on title-related risks, and ensuring compliance with documentation and stamping requirements in all property-backed transactions. |

Title Verification and Due Diligence: Review and analyses Title Search Reports, legal opinions, and revenue records; examine chain of title, encumbrances, municipal and tax records, mortgages, litigations, and compliance with land laws; identify defects in title and advise corrective steps; evaluate nature of land (freehold, leasehold, government land, agricultural or industrial land); provide written legal opinions; highlight legal risks; review mortgage documents; advise on stamping, registration, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. |
