Roles and Responsibilities
Dispute Resolution Team
Selected candidates will represent clients in litigation matters before Courts and Tribunals, contributing directly to case development and trial preparation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, formulating litigation strategies, and drafting court documents such as pleadings, petitions, and applications. Candidates are expected to demonstrate clarity in legal reasoning and possess the ability to manage timelines and complex case documentation efficiently.
Corporate and Advisory Team
This team focuses on providing legal counsel for corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal due diligence, and advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of negotiating legal documents that minimize risk and add value to the client’s business.
Research and Drafting Team
Ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in legal research and writing. Responsibilities include analyzing legal precedents and statutes, preparing detailed briefs and case summaries, and supporting senior advocates with comprehensive notes and opinions. Eligibility Criteria
Lex Credence is looking for candidates across varying levels of experience:

Applicants must demonstrate a minimum two-year commitment, and fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.
