ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Speaker: Adv. Gaganpreet Kaur Gill
Adv. Gaganpreet Kaur Gill completed her B.A. LL.B. from Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab, and completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from the same institution. She has actively participated in the academic and legal sphere, hosting several moot court competitions and earning multiple awards across academic, legal, and co-curricular activities.She has also conducted various sessions on POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), contract drafting, legislative drafting, and AIBE preparation, and has served as a judge in competitions. In addition, she is an aspirant for competitive government examinations.
