Position Overview
The office is offering a Hybrid Internship Opportunity for law students. This role is designed to provide a balanced experience, combining remote legal research and drafting with physical court visits to observe real-time litigation and advocacy.
Roles and Responsibilities

Court Observation: Attending proceedings at the Delhi High Court and various District Courts (Saket, Patiala House, Dwarka, etc.) to observe arguments and trials.

Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on case laws using SCC Online, Manupatra, and other legal databases for ongoing litigation.

Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of Bail Applications, Criminal Complaints, Written Statements, and Legal Notices.

Case Briefing: Preparing case summaries and briefing the advocate before court hearings.
Eligibility

Education: Law students in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year (5-year program) or 2nd or 3rd year (3-year program).

Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in English and Hindi, and familiarity with MS Office and legal research tools.

Attributes: High level of discipline, curiosity to learn trial court procedures, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
