About the Internship

Sysmex India is looking for Legal Intern.

Eligibility

Enrolled in or have completed a law degree: Good academic record.
Strong English communication skills
Good hold on Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

Draft / review of legal documents (Basics fine)
Organize and Managing of Master file Tracker i.e. reagent rental agreement, distributors agreement.
Initiating agreement via Document sign
Arranging meeting with Customers or sales team if any clarification on agreement
Follow ups from sales team for agreement pending
Attention to detail: Ability to identify and correct errors in legal documents and research.
