Eligibility
This opportunity is open to final-year (5th year) law students as well as law graduates. Applicants are expected to have strong research and drafting skills, coupled with a genuine interest in capital markets, corporate law, and compliance matters. Candidates must be self-driven, quick learners, and capable of working independently in a professional setting. While prior experience is not mandatory, preference will be given to individuals who have previously interned with firms specializing in capital markets, SEBI regulations, or related fields. Students below the 5th year are advised not to apply, as there is a separate internship policy for them. The role requires a detail-oriented and dedicated approach, making it ideal for those who can commit themselves to rigorous and demanding legal work.
Role
The position provides an enriching on-site experience at the firm’s Noida office. Selected interns or associates will be responsible for conducting CIBIL and Promoter watchout checks, drafting legal documents, and engaging in thorough legal research. They will also assist in intellectual property due diligence, review of investment chapters, and matters concerning the appointment of directors under the Companies Act, 2013. The role is structured to give candidates practical exposure to the intricacies of capital market regulations while enhancing their understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks. By working under the guidance of experienced professionals, participants will not only develop technical skills but also learn to apply legal principles in real-world business scenarios.
