Position Overview:

Arya & Co. is inviting applications for the role of Legal Intern (Intellectual Property & Technology Laws). This internship is specifically designed for penultimate-year law students who are genuinely interested in pursuing a career in IP law and possess prior exposure to trademark and copyright work.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in trademark and copyright-related assignments
• Conducting legal research on Intellectual Property and Technology Law issues
• Supporting the drafting of legal documents, applications, and notices
• Assisting in matters involving international IP aspects
• Supporting client documentation, filings, and compliance-related tasks

Eligibility:

• Penultimate-year law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B. program)
• Demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property and Technology Laws
• Prior experience in handling trademark and copyright matters
• Strong research and drafting abilities
• Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
