The chamber handles matters before various courts and tribunals and offers practical exposure to the realities of litigation practice. The internship programme is designed to provide law students with hands-on experience in research, drafting, and court-related work.
Position Overview
This is a 3-month paid legal internship offering practical training in litigation practice. Interns will work closely with the chamber on live matters, assisting in research, drafting, filings, and court-related tasks while gaining first-hand exposure to court proceedings.
Eligibility Criteria
Duration: 3 Months
Education:
- 4th or 5th-year law students
Traits:
- Fluency in English and Marathi (essential)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
Commitment:
Willingness to travel across Mumbai for court visits
- Must possess a personal laptop
- Prior litigation internship experience will be an added advantage
